GL can provide periodic maintenance and updation of the Client’s website and shall be entered into wherein the terms of the said Support & Maintenance Agreement. Basic service of our package is started at $199 if the user has added additional add ons that amount will be also added to the final bill. GL Infotech will only start working on the project only after confirming the payment has been made. IF any fraudulent activity regarding the bill payment is done necessary legal action will be taken. Please note that unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following services will be separately billed after the Web has been made life:
All other services such as SEO, SMO, Content writing and Logo creation shall be met by the Client and are payable to GL before the commencement of work.
The entire ownership and risk of the content, images, etc included in the website which is provided by the client externally resides with the client. GL infotech may use open-source images while creating the Website. Images and graphics purchased from stock libraries are not generally included in the quote and will be invoiced separately. GL cannot be held liable for any information contained, inter alia, within the Client’s website. The content of such remains the copyright and intellectual property of the Client. GL rightfully believes that this material belongs to the client and that it does not breach any copyright laws. Under no circumstances shall GL infotech be held responsible for any claims, damages, and loss of profit or reputation caused to the client due to the use of material provided by the client.
